A: Teak is easy to maintain and requires minimal care unless exposed to the elements for a period of time. When exposed to the elements, teak will develop a silver-grey patina. You can lightly sand the teak every year and apply a water-based polyurethane or teak oil if you want to keep them looking like new. It will age beautifully and naturally. Read more.
There is a variation between natural materials, making each piece unique, not to be considered as flaws due to the nature.
