At Balè, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and email us at info@balehomewares.com if you notice any damage we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Include photos of the damage on the product or and the box to advocate on your behalf with the carrier. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered.
We do not offer return or refund but if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we encourage you to email us at info@balehomewares.com. We are always here to help you through any potential issues and ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Custom Orders are considered final and not eligible for exchange or return.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Home Decor
We expect you will be happy with your purchase but should you not be satisfied and wish to return it, please contact info@balehomewares.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our small business, we only accept store credit. Return only applies for home decor items, not furniture.
— Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving and they must be in their unused, original condition and packaging.
— Shipping costs for any returned items are the responsibility of the customer, we suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
