Within our local delivery area

You will always have the chance to inspect the furniture prior to the Balè partner leaving your residence. Our process ensures 100% satisfaction on the day of delivery. For this reason we do not offer refunds or accept returns on orders within our local delivery areas (NY, CT, RI, MA).

 

Outside our local area

At Balè, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and email us at info@balehomewares.com if you notice any damage we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Include photos of the damage on the product or and the box to advocate on your behalf with the carrier. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered. 

 

We do not offer returns but if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we encourage you to email us at info@balehomewares.com. We are always here to help you through any potential issues and ensure you are happy with your purchase. Orders can only be returned for a store credit. The items must be returned in its original packaging within 10 days, and Balè cannot be responsible for any damage caused in return shipping. Items not returned in the original packaging are subject to 10% fee. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and is required to arrange the pickup with FedEx. Once we receive the furniture we will inspect and issue a store credit minus 20% restocking fee. Always email us before actually sending anything back. 

 

If any part of our return policy is preventing you from placing your order we encourage you to email us and we can work together to figure out something that works for you!

 

Home Decor

We expect you will be happy with your purchase but should you not be satisfied and wish to return it, please contact info@balehomewares.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our small business, we only accept store credit. Return only applies for home decor items, not furniture. 

— Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving and they must be in their unused, original condition and packaging.

— Shipping costs for any returned items are the responsibility of the customer, we suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
