Ready to ship items ship within 2-3 weeks from our warehouse via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery. Contact us to upgrade to Premium Services.
Pre-order items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only and are subject to change as we encounter delays. We can not predict port congestions and weather delays which do happen from time to time. We are not liable for any container delays.
Furniture orders may be changed or cancelled within 3 days.
We only ship to the continental USA. We don't ship directly to Hawaii, however we can ship to freight forwarders who can facilitate to those regions.
We ship to Canada and Mexico with additional charges, contact us to get a quote.

We do not provide warranties on any of our products. Our pieces are handmade by our artisans and built to last. However, if you encounter any issues related to structural integrity of the product within a year please reach out at info@balehomewares.com

The buyer acknowledges that our products are made of natural materials which responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, which may result in minor cracking and splitting - this is a natural process and is not deemed defective in such instances.
Moreso, solid wood 2 inches or thicker may need to adjust to the humidity of its new home. If you are not okay with movement from solid wood, please opt for pieces made of wood veneer instead.
We take great care in constructing our furniture to ensure its longevity and durability, but natural wood may require additional maintenance to preserve its original beauty. We strive to keep the wood as natural as possible. By purchasing solid wood furniture from our company, you acknowledge and accept these inherent characteristics of natural wood.
The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may slightly from the wood used in any samples of product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the materials.
In turn, no representation, warranty, and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, luster, or appearance of finishes on any product.

All orders ship within 7-14 business day via UPS or USPS. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. If there are any delays or an item is back ordered, you will be notified via email.
We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We try our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes damages do occur. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any damages via email at info@balehomewares.com
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, variations may occur in the color, size, or pattern. These imperfections are not considered damages.
