Ready to ship items ship within 2-3 weeks via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Contact us to upgrade to Premium Services.
Pre-order items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only and are subject to change as we encounter delays. We can not predict port congestions and weather delays which do happen from time to time. we are not liable for any container delays.
Furniture orders may be changed or cancelled within 3 days.
We only ship to the continental USA. Unfortunately we don't ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time, however we do have clients who facilitate shipping to freight forwarders to those regions.
We ship to Canada with additional charges, contact us to get a quote.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns.
All products are handmade, one piece at a time, using natural materials. you may find irregularities, colour variance and imperfections in our products.
Lead time for all furniture will vary (12-16 weeks) depending on the order (except in-stock and pre-order items).
All product specifications, terms and conditions, including product information, should be read and understood by client before proceeding.
A welcome email will be sent with confirmation of your order. Delivery details will be sent separately.
All prices are listed in USD and we reserve the right to change the pricing at any time without any notice.
The total amount is due upon the placement of your order.
We do not provide warranties on any of our products. Our pieces are handmade by our artisans and built to last.
They may have slight flaws, cracks or imperfections which give them a unique character as no one piece will be identically the same, This is not to be considered a flaw.
The buyer acknowledges that our products are made of natural materials which responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, which may result in cracking and splitting - this is a natural process and is not deemed defective in such instances.
We endeavor to make every effort possible possible to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately there may be occasionally price changes, sold out goods or unforeseen back orders and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors.
All orders ship within 5-7 business day via UPS or USPS. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. If there are any delays or an item is back ordered, you will be notified via email.
We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We expect you will be happy with your purchase but should you not be satisfied and wish to return it, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our small business, we only accept store credit. Return only applies for home decor items, not furniture.
— Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving and they must be in their unused, original condition and packaging.
— Shipping costs for any returned items are the responsibility of the customer, we suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
We try our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes damages do occur. please notify us within 5 days of delivery of any damages via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, variations may occur in the color, size, or pattern. These imperfections are not considered damages.
