Bale Homewares $500 Voucher Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Overview
The Bale Homewares $500 Voucher Competition ("Competition") is conducted by Bale Homewares ("Promoter"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to residents of North America aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Bale Homewares, their immediate family members, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

  • The Competition begins on 01/02/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on 01/05/2025 ("Competition Period").

  • Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Participants must complete the official entry form via Facebook and provide the required details.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize Details

  • One winner will receive a $500 Bale Homewares voucher to be used on balehomewares.com.

  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • The voucher is valid for [Expiry Period, e.g., 12 months] from the issue date.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via email or direct message within 7 days of the competition closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

7. General Conditions

  • Bale Homewares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

  • By entering, participants consent to their name being used for promotional purposes if they win.

  • Bale Homewares is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry submission.

8. Privacy

  • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this Competition. By entering, participants agree to be added to Bale Homewares' newsletter and marketing communications. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
